Pricing of Services
A new client will go through an interview process to determine what service level they desire (the scope of the work) and to determine the complexity and size of their operations. A proposal will be developed from that process.

For a client receiving regular monthly services, I prefer offering a fixed monthly price with a semi-annual review. This allows a client to receive monthly services at a fair, agreed upon price with no surprises. If a special out-of-scope job is requested, I will either give a quote for the job or bill by the hour if the work is hard to define.
